Traceability
Each cylinder entering the workshop of Schoonbroodt Hydraulics has its own monitoring. A strict traceability allows a quick solution for urgent troubleshooting.
Repair process
Every incoming cylinder is numbered to ensure a digital follow-up and to trace all modified or replaced parts. The offer for the customer details all the different actions for the repair. Once the order is placed, the offer will be converted to a worksheet and all the components required for the repair will be ordered: seals, materials and accessories.
The repair process will be determined and repair plans are added to the monitoring file.
This system of computerized files and digital plans gives a detailed history of each cylinder; in case of urgent repairs, this contributes to high reactivity. Each cylinder is tested before delivery.
Our experts can also advise if it is determined that the replacement of the cylinder is more cost effective than the repair.
